Tracking your Child's Development

When your child joins us at Footsteps, together with parents and carers, we establish a full picture of your child's current stage of development.  During their time with us we get to know your child very well. We carefully plan and observe their learning in all aspects of the EYFS (click here to see our Learning Programme page for more information).

We use an interactive learning journey; an online programme, which allows us to record your child's progress. Your child's key person will upload observations and photos of your child every week, which you will be able to view at home. You will be the only person who is able to view your child's learning journey, and you can also post your own observations and pictures for your child's key person to view.
